And after several attempts of downloading XML files of my Tumblr but import with error in Blogger, I finally came across the solutions.
Step One
First of all, if you browse through the net, the solution will be as the following:
๏ Insert your Tumblr URL (not custom domain) = mytumblr.tumblr.com
๏ Choose your content format (only certain exporter have this) whether its HTML or Raw Input Preserves Markdown doesn't really matter. But of course, don't choose Plain Text.
๏ Post Status = Select either Draft or Published, depending on your choice of either to publish immediately upon import or to make it as a draft first for you to only able to choose your post that you actually wants to import (I bet not all of the post you would like to import and publish in your other blog right?)
๏ If you need to choose between WordPress.com or WordPress.com self hosted, actually you can just choose either or (really! it doesn't actually matter).
๏ Then, you press the "Export" button to download.
You may go to these several websites to do this. You may go to tumblr2wordpress.com or haochen.me/tumblr or tumblr2wp.com. All of them uses and provide the same service.
After you this, its not the end yet. You won't be able to import the XML you just recently download immediately into the Blogger. No matter how you tried, it will came out "error code bX-kyijnx"... because of the file name I think. Yes it is an XML file but it won't work yet.
Step Two
Now after you did this, you will then need to go to wordpress2blogger.appspot.com. Don't bother of all the instruction listed (you will follow them IF only you have the WordPress account, which I don't.)
๏ You just skip everything and follow number 6.
๏ Choose File (select the XML file you've downloaded) and click Convert.
It will download another XML file (blogger-export.xml). And you use this XML file when you are about to import it in the Blogger.

How to import other blog posts in Blogger? Its easy.
Step Three
After you log in your Blogger, pick the Blogger of your choice (some people have many blogs in Blogger).
๏ Then go to Setting, see the Import Blog button/link? Well, click it!
๏ Select the XML file that you download from WordPress2Blogger.AppSpot.Com, then fill in the character you see (required by Blogger), and press Import Blog.
๏ Then go to Setting, see the Import Blog button/link? Well, click it!
๏ Select the XML file that you download from WordPress2Blogger.AppSpot.Com, then fill in the character you see (required by Blogger), and press Import Blog.
Walla! Done!
There you go. As simple as that.
What to do next?
Now you could go to Edit Posts, click Imported, select the posts that you've imported, and publish it!
You could have it edited first before you publish, it is up to you.
And make sure you click View Post after you published it. So that you will be able to view it when you view the blog later. It doesn't read before I did that when I try to view it through opening my blog separately. Probably, it doesn't catch the recent published yet. So I need to go to Edit Posts and view one by one of the recent imported published post.
Take note that if you want to import the same blog in your other Blogger's blog, you need to Import again. Follow Step Three.
=)
